Covid-19 Appointment Protocol
The safety of our employees, therapist, and patients, remain The TME Team's overriding priority. As the cornooavirus disease 2019 (COVID 19) outbreak continues to evolve and spreads globally, The TME Team's Medical staff are monitorying the situation closely and will periodically update clinic guidance based on current recommendation from CDC and our local DHEC. Only patients with appointments are permitted at our clinic at this time. Please note that our clinic does have the descretion to and will deny access if prompted.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the potential risk of exposure to all, we are conducting a simple screening questionnaire. Your participation is important to help us take precautionary measures to protect you and everyone in our building.
You will prescreen with the following questions the day before your appointment.
- Have you returned from any other contries within the last 14 days?
- Have you had close contact with or cared for somone diaganosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
- Have you been in close contact with anyone who has traveled within the last 14 days to any other country?
- Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (to include fever, cough, sore throat, reperatory illness, difficulty breathing)?
If the answer is "yes" to any of the questions, access to the facility will be denied.
In addition to the prescreen - will ask that you REMAIN IN THE VEHICLE until you are called from the clinic. When asked we will meet you outside our clinic door for a temperature read and a self-declaration form to be completed.
